All in an unprotected area (Area Protection Script)

Me:
- Placed New Chest in unprotected land > placed chest IDXXXX now added to your Chest Ownership defalt(default?) pincode=1234
- Put a stack of stuff in it > You Just Opened Chest IDXXXX owned by Jon_Miner Statis(status?) locked (able to put in)

OtherPlayer:
- Opened chest > You Just Opened Chest IDXXXX owned by Jon_Miner Statis(status?) locked
- Attempted to take a stack of items > hey OtherPlayer you need to own and unlock the chest to do that!!! (did not let them)
- Attempted to "split stack" some items > hey OtherPlayer you need to own and unlock the chest to do that!!! (did not let them)

Me:
- unlocked the chest with /cp unlock XXXX 1234 > Chest XXXX is now unlocked

OtherPlayer:
- Opened chest > You Just Opened Chest IDXXXX owned by Jon_Miner Statis(status?) unlocked
- Attempted to take a stack of items > NO MESSAGE  (did not let them)
- Attempted to "split stack" some items > NO MESSAGE (LET them do it!)
- Attempted to put items in > NO MESSAGE (let me put new items in, but not more of items already there?)

Me:
- unlocked chest for OtherPlayer with /cp add OtherPlayer XXXX 1234 > Other Player added to chest XXXX

OtherPlayer:
- Opened chest > You Just Opened Chest IDXXXX owned by Jon_Miner Statis(status?) unlocked
Same results as above when attempting to take/put items...
